On Saturday 28th September, we were lucky enough to be invited to the Northern Pupillage 2024 Speed Mooting Event, sponsored by BPP.

This extremely successful legal event was held locally at The Liner Hotel in Liverpool, with aspiring lawyers travelling from all over the UK to attend. There were a wide variety of exhibitors (as well as ourselves) including chambers, law firms, charities and other organisations to assist aspiring lawyers in building their skills and gaining invaluable knowledge for their future legal career. Our Head Of Legal, Harry, also delivered a talk on criminal law in the afternoon, giving students recommendations on what to do, and how to go about progressing into a career in the criminal defence sector. There were lots of prizes to be won (including air pods!) and our senior solicitors, Conor and Harry, both gave fantastic advice and contributed significantly to the event.
